AVSAB Position Statement The Use of Punishment for Behavior Modification in Animals
Canine genetics- a fascinating topic since we all deal
with the results of intentional and by chance breedings:

Embrace Cloning
http://borderwars.blogspot. com/2008/09/embrace-cloning. html
[Interesting reading. "[I]t's been over 10 years since there has been
even a single dog registered with the ISDS that is NOT related to
Wiston Cap. And Wiston Cap was himself a product of line breeding,
going back to Wilson's Cap #3036 more than 30 times in his pedigree."
With that kind of line-breeding in demand, why not clone?. Well, see

I didn't expect to like *A Dog Who's Always Welcome* by Lorie Long --
figured it was just another trng book, another paean to positivism.
But it turns out to be very well written and very instructive. This is
one of the better trng books I've read in a while. Long tries to adapt
techniques and methods from assistance dog trainers, esp. for social
skills -- SOAPs:
. Situations
. Objects
. Animals
. People
